Appraisers are required to perform a level of detail that will produce credible results for the intended use of the appraisal.  Therefore, specifics about an appraisal assignment can change price of an appraisal report.  Tell us a little about the home or property (e.g. can it be subdivided, major repair issues or deferred maintenance, busy road, unique features, view, renters, etc...) and explain specifically what the appraisal will be used for (e.g. estate taxes, divorce (is testimony required), sale, planning, etc...), and we'll respond quickly with a bid or some options that you might not have considered.
