This photo is a typical sight for West Linn homes built along Rosemont Summit or Hidden Springs. Many homes in this part of West Linn have a view of Mt. Hood and the Willamette River. This photo is of one of the most unique homes in West Linn. Dome homes can pose problems for appraisers; because, there are few sales of similar properties to compare them to. An appraiser cannot just take another sale of a similar sized West Linn home and assume that it would be similarly marketable as this home. We have not done an appraisal of this West Linn home; but, it would be fun. |
